Your present thought has the power to influence your future life.
We all know that it is important to think positive thoughts, but do you know the different aspects in which your present thoughts affect your life?
I have written this blog to explain how each and every present thought affects your life in 4 ways.
1. The first effect of your present thought is on your EMOTIONAL STATE:
There are two families of emotions:
(A) POSITIVE emotional family
(includes love, appreciation, gratitude, happiness, joy, satisfaction etc…)
(B) NEGATIVE emotional family
(includes anger, guilt, resentment, inferiority or superiority complex, sadness, greediness etc…)
When you create a positive thought e.g. This food is so yummy I love my dressing sense This place is so beautiful or I like to play with kids. You feel good and when you create one positive emotion another positive emotion follows
E.g. when you feel happy, feelings of love, motivation, and gratefulness also follow.
Similarly, when you feel one negative emotion like jealousy other negative emotions like sadness, fear, insecurity etc also follow.
It is not possible to feel one emotion from a positive family and one emotion from a negative family at the same time. The law of the universe does not work like that. So in order to be emotionally healthy you need to create more and more positive thoughts.

2. The 2nd effect of your present thought is on your BODY
Our brain has around 10,000 crore cells and each of that cells is connected to 10,000 other cells in the body. This means that every single thought that we created in our brain affects all the other cells of our body.
If your think more of positive thoughts in general about yourself, other people and the situations in your life your overall health will also be good.
Similarly, if you create negative thoughts you might experience aches and pains. We all have experienced aches in our body when we get examined, the doctor says that there is nothing wrong with the body itself.
Well, the reason is your negative thoughts.

3. The third effect of your present thought is on your RELATIONSHIPS
Your every thought reaches the person for whom it is created. When you think about someone, the energy exchange with that person takes place and depending upon the quality of your thought the energy exchange can be negative or positive.
If you think negative thought the other person will receive that negative energy and there are higher chances of that person will also consciously or subconsciously create negative thoughts for you. The only exception to this is that if the other person is emotionally strong then he might not create negative thoughts for you.
Similarly, if you create positive thoughts for someone the energy exchange between that person is positive and the result will be a beautiful relationship.
We have the power to change our relationship from bad to good by creating beautiful thoughts for that person. I am not telling you to believe me blindly, you can experiment with this for yourself. Take any one relationship that hurts. Consciously for 1 month create loving thoughts like “My relationship with <NAME> is full of love”, “we respect each other”, and “This relationship means a lot to both of us” and check out the result for yourself.
The change won’t happen overnight, along with thoughts, you will also pay attention to feeling positive and loving emotions. It could be tough, but POSSIBLE. It is also way better than living in constant hurt because of a few painful relationships.
It could take time but if you don’t give up, that relationship has to transform, there is no other way.
4. The fourth effect of your present thoughts is on the UNIVERSE
Based on the quality of your thought you will either attract a favourable set of circumstances or an unfavourable one.
That is why special attention has to be given to creating positive thoughts about the kind of destiny that you want to create. E.g., I want to be a successful scriptwriter, so whenever I think about my future, I see myself as a successful scriptwriter.
If you look at our current reality and create thoughts based on it, you will attract the same situations and ultimately the same life.
The trick here is to look at your reality but create thoughts about your dream life. Initially, it will feel like being fake, but with persistence, it will feel normal and gradually it will become your reality.
I know, I know, actions are needed too. But darling if you won’t think positive thoughts about your dream life, you certainly won’t take any action about it.
Thoughts are the raw materials on which actions are based. You will never ever behave or act in a way, that you have never thought about before. Against the law of the universe, you see.
There is a lot of power in your positive thoughts, it does not matter if your past thoughts were drastically negative. You cannot change them.
You however have the power to change your present thoughts. This is where your control lies, your mind may be conditioned to predominantly think negative thoughts. Every time you change your present thoughts from negative to positive, you train your mind to think positive thoughts.
So focus on your PRESENT THOUGHTS to build the future that you want.
